At Kore&Co., we take pride in carefully selecting and providing professional lash essentials for our artists. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety purposes, all sales are final.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or products that are no longer wanted.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Lash trays
• Lash adhesives
• Under-eye gel patches
• Glue rings
• Spoolies
• Product bundles and kits

Please ensure that you have selected the correct product, curl, diameter and length before completing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We want every KORE order to arrive exactly as expected.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at koreco.info@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other suitable resolution.

Please do not discard the product or its original packaging until your request has been reviewed.

Lash Adhesive

Due to the sensitive nature and storage requirements of professional lash adhesive, lash adhesive is final sale once purchased.

If your adhesive arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise unusable upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days so we can review the issue.

Kore&Co. is not responsible for changes in adhesive performance resulting from improper storage, use outside the recommended environmental conditions, improper application, or failure to follow the product's care and usage instructions.

Order Cancellations

If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at koreco.info@gmail.com.

Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or prepared for pickup, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

Shipping

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where the refund results from an error by Kore&Co.

Kore&Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after an order has been transferred to the carrier.
